Return & Refund Policy — FutureFoxUSA

1) Overview
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Please review the details below for eligibility and process.
2) Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must include all original parts, packaging, and accessories.
- You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3) How to Start a Return
To begin your return, email matt@futurefoxusa.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions for sending the item back.
Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
4) Custom & Personalized Items
Custom or personalized items (made to your specifications) are non-returnable for change of mind, as allowed by U.S. and EU consumer laws. If your custom item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
5) Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must arrive in resaleable condition. If the item shows signs of use, damage, or alteration, a partial refund may apply or the return may be refused.
6) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
We do not refund the original shipping fee unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
7) Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please request a return first and place a new order once your return is accepted. This ensures faster processing and accurate stock management.
8) Non-Returnable & Made-to-Order Items
Because nearly all of our products are made to order, they are created specifically for you at the time of purchase. As such, made-to-order and personalized items are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind, sizing, or color preference.
However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at matt@futurefoxusa.com so we can repair, replace, or refund it as appropriate.
The following categories are also non-returnable:
- Gift cards or digital downloads
- Hazardous materials or restricted items (if applicable)
We do not sell “final sale” items. Standard, non-custom items—when offered—remain eligible for return under our 30-day policy.
9) European Union Customers
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for any reason. This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized items.
To exercise your right, email matt@futurefoxusa.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You must then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error or the item is defective.

10) Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
