Welcome to FutureFoxUSA! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to FutureFoxUSA, LLC, operating this Shopify-powered online store. By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, products, and related services (the “Services”). Please read them carefully before using our site. We specialize in custom and made-to-order 3D-printed products, including but not limited to home décor, organizers, and display accessories. We make every effort to display accurate product information, but color and appearance may vary due to device screens, lighting, or material batch variations. All descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities as needed.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted at our discretion and are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Because many of our products are made to order, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once production has started. Your purchase is governed by our Refund Policy. You agree that purchases are for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Prices and Billing

All prices shown are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Taxes, shipping, and import duties (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices, discounts, or promotions without notice. You agree to provide current and accurate billing information so that we can process your orders and contact you as needed. You authorize us (and Shopify, as our payment processor) to charge your payment method for all purchases made.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled from our Illinois-based location. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed. Once an item is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you. International orders may be subject to import duties or customs taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing or carrier issues.

6. Custom and Personalized Items

Custom and personalized items (including text, colors, or sizes made to your request) are non-returnable and non-refundable for change of mind, in accordance with EU and U.S. consumer law exceptions for made-to-order goods. If your custom item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact matt@futurefoxusa.com within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product designs, 3D models, images, text, graphics, and logos — is the property of FutureFoxUSA, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content or designs without prior written consent. The “FutureFoxUSA” name and associated marks are trademarks of FutureFoxUSA, LLC.

8. Feedback and Submissions

If you submit reviews, ideas, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content for marketing or operational purposes. You agree that your submissions will not violate any third-party rights or laws.

9. Optional Tools and Third-Party Links

Our site may include tools or links operated by third parties (e.g., shipping carriers, payment providers, social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of any third-party sites. Use them at your own risk.

10. Relationship with Shopify

This store is hosted and powered by Shopify, Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform. All transactions, however, are made directly between you and FutureFoxUSA, LLC. Shopify is not responsible for our sales, products, or customer support.
