1. Processing Times
Most items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for standard orders to be printed, packaged, and prepared for shipment. Custom or large-volume orders may take longer; current lead times are listed in each product description. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
During peak holiday seasons or shop closures, processing times may be extended. If a delay occurs, we’ll notify you by email.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, order size, and chosen shipping method. We primarily ship through USPS, with backup carriers such as UPS or FedEx when necessary. All orders include tracking once shipped.
We do not guarantee delivery dates. Any provided dates are estimates supplied by the carrier.
3. Delivery Times (Estimated)
- United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Canada: 7–14 business days after dispatch
- European Union & UK: 10–21 business days after dispatch
- Other International Locations: 14–30 business days
Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country. We cannot mark packages as “gift” or lower declared values to avoid customs fees.
If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges, the cost of return shipping (and any carrier fees) will be deducted from your refund.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please contact USPS or the carrier directly first — they may be able to assist in locating it. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize you’ve made an error, contact matt@futurefoxusa.com as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help if the item hasn’t shipped yet.
7. Preorders & Backorders
If an item is listed as a preorder or temporarily out of stock, estimated ship dates will be shown on the product page. We’ll notify you if production or restock times change.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can file a claim or send a replacement. For packages lost in transit, we’ll assist in filing a claim with the carrier after the expected delivery window has passed.
